Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Refund Policy applies to the paid listing-promotion services (“boosts”) sold on CarsBaltic by MB Rinvestify (legal-entity code 306721316, registered office Laisvės pr. 60, Vilnius, Lithuania). Posting listings is free; this policy concerns only the optional paid boosts, which are processed by Paysera.

1. Digital services and your right of withdrawal

Boosts are digital services that begin immediately after purchase. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), when you buy a boost you expressly request that we begin providing the service straight away and you acknowledge that, once it has started, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Because a boost is activated the moment your payment is confirmed, it is non-refundable once activated.

2. When we do refund

We will refund you in full, or in fair proportion, in the following cases:

  • Service not delivered: a technical fault on our side prevented the boost from activating or from being displayed as described.
  • Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same boost.
  • Unauthorised payment: a payment was made from your account without authorisation, subject to verification.

3. When we do not refund

Refunds are not available for:

  • A change of mind after the boost has been activated.
  • A listing you edited, deleted or allowed to expire while a boost was running.
  • A listing removed because it breached our Terms of Service.
  • The item not selling, or fewer views or replies than you hoped for.
  • A bundle promotion that has already started.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@carsbaltic.com from the address on your account within 14 days of payment, quoting your order reference and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paysera, normally within 14 days.

5. Prices and currency

All boosts are priced and refunded in euro (EUR). Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid; any currency-conversion differences applied by your own bank or card issuer are outside our control.

6. Consumer dispute resolution

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights as a consumer. If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact the consumer-protection authority in your country of residence.
